Chateau Fontpinot XO is a very old reserve XO that can claim the name Château because it is produced exclusively from grapes harvested, distilled, aged and bottled at Château Fontpinot. Its special character is given by manual distillation on the lees and long aging in dry cellars.A subtle, complex, refined and long-lasting bouquet consisting of aromas of candied fruit (dried apricots, dried figs), marzipan, hazelnuts, nougat, notes of port and finally the well-known rancio character. Balanced, rich and complex on the palate with aromas of dried and candied fruit and an extremely long finish.
