El Profesor Añejo Tequila is made with very ripe and select agaves, aged minimum 12 months in French Oak and American Oak barrels. Stone fruit and cocoa aromas fill the senses for a sweet start. This is an elegant anejo, with butterscotch and tangerine notes and a spreading warmth of sweet oak on the extended finish.
