Rocky Patel ALR Second Edition (2nd) Toro is a full-bodied 2-year-aged cigar with a Mexican San Andres wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobacco. This is the second installment of the ALR series, which stands for Aged Limited Rare. Hand-rolled at the TaviCusa factory in Nicaragua, these cigars are produced in limited quantities – 120,000 to be exact. They are then aged in a cedar aging room for two years to encourage maturation and the development of more complex flavors.
